TOO MANY KISSES (5) improved sharply on her fourth two starts back at Mackay with a win over 6f there two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 1.5 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is a big chance to go back-to-back. SPEED KING (4) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Safely held last time out when fourth over 5f at Moranbah, beaten 6 lengths. Meets some better types this time but this looks well within his grasp. STARTLING CAT (8) is on a quick turnaround after a moderate fifth over 5f at Roma nine days ago. Worth another chance. FREDDIE EDDIE (9) best of the rest despite the sticky draw.
