SER JOH (12) has been knocking on the door of another victory with three consecutive runner-up finishes this campaign and strikes a very winnable contest here. Has placed two from two over this track and trip and should get a gun run from the inside draw. Can play a major role in the finish. BRINDAVAN (6) returned in fine fashion with a solid Doomben victory and will have come on with that run now in the locker. Should be competitive again. KINTYRE (7) put in an improved performance last time out and may have turned the corner now. Top-three commodity. The well-related WARBY (5) (half to G1 winner Captivant) is better than recent efforts suggest and a return to form would not shock. SPACE TRACKER (4) next best.
