Verdict

FARRAIGE (4) gave away a start then stormed home to win over 1 ?m at Port Macquarie last time out. Will be tough to hold out again. CHARLOTTING (3) showed good speed to lead over this track and trip last start but faded right out of it to finish sixth. Interesting to see what they'll do from the draw this time but she has the peaks to be right there at the end. BILL PEYTO (7) settled well back and warmed nicely late to finish midfield at Tamworth just a week-and-a-half ago. Has been mixing his form but is rock-hard fit and looks one of the main chances. THINK I'M IRISH (5) had been performing well prior to last start when always well back in soft going at Port Macquarie. Better than last start and can bounce back.
