Steps up in journey today and rates a solid winning chance. KNOWITALL FRANK (1) finished a length away from the winner last time at Goondiwindi and drops in the weights. Rates one of the contenders despite the awkward draw. FLYING CELICA (5) returned from a spell three-and-a-half weeks ago when she was beaten 5.5 lengths into fifth over 6 ¾f at Ipswich.
