STAR BLAZER (3) failed to keep in touch first-up with a battling tenth over 6 ½f at Echuca. Comes to hand quickly and gets to his pet trip with the claim. Each way. WALK THE PIER (6) set to peak with the winkers going on fourth-up. Snagged back from the wide gate and never got into the contest with a poor tenth over 7 ½f at Hawkesbury. Gets a better set-up for this and has solid prospects.
