ZOYSIA (7) returned from a 27-week spell with a real eye-catcher last start, charging home late to grab third over 5 ½f at Coonamble. Failed to come up last prep but has put that behind him it seems. Sure to be tough to hold out over an extra ½f today. PAPER DOLL (1) was run off her legs early when resuming over 5f at Orange last time out but did get going late in the piece. Placed at both previous second-up outings and has been in the frame at four of five 6f runs. Profiles nicely. DIRTY DANI (5) led but couldn't quite hang on when fresh from a spell over 5f at Port Macquarie recently. Should lead and control things which makes her a big danger. OVERSHOOT (9) ran a cheeky race at Queanbeyan last start with the blinkers on. Freshened up to come back in trip at the first run for a new yard. One to consider. COMRADESHIP (4) is a new arrival in the Todd Smith stable. Best Victorian form puts him in the picture.
