DANXIA (2) resumed for the new yard with a decisive win over 5 ¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle) in good style. Has further upside and is clearly the one they have to beat. TROUNCE (5) lightly raced mare who returned from a let-up with a gritty on-pace win over 5 ¾f at Beaumont (Newcastle) as fav. Tougher contest here and will keep improving as she gets out in trip. OUTAKANDY (1) shouldered the big weight on resumption with a fast finishing victory over 6f at Port Macquarie. Best runs are early in the prep and gets the right set up for this. AYE AYE SKIPPER (6) racing well in easier company and due for a change of luck. Sent to the front and gripped on late with a narrow third over 6f at this track. Each way contender.
