HEATHCLIFF (1) brings the most reliable profile, with one win and three placings from five starts and a sound second to Street Force at Scone despite jumping awkwardly and copping contact near the 1 ½f. The return to 6f suits his record and he may take beating. DAY TO REMEMBER (6) is the main danger through consistency rather than brilliance, he was only beaten just over a length by Lilii Borea at McKinlay, gets meaningful weight relief from that run and has placed regularly at this distance. ANDERS KISS (11) is better than the last-start margin at Ewan after racing wide and keenly in BM65 grade, while her Birdsville second in Class 2 company had merit after a slow start and a held-up run. CHAMPONNET (2) returned to form when third in a BM55 at Kilcoy and is eased back from provincial company, though the wide draw leaves him looking more a place threat.
