Verdict

EMBALLEE (8) has been in work for a long while but continues to measure up. Went to a new level last start when beaten just 0.4 lengths in a busy finish over 1m at Warwick Farm. This looks a shade easier so a long overdue win might come her way. COMMANDING ARTIST (3) has turned in two strong runs at the provincials since returning from a spell, the latest a very close fourth over 6 ¾f at the Beaumont track. Unproven at this distance but is rock hard fit now and looks ready for the challenge. MICHELANGELO (10) missed the kick then tried to circle the field but gassed late and finished well back over this course and distance recently. Fitter for two runs back from a spell and with a more luck in running can play a major role. SACRED MISTRESS (12) pulled up with a slow recovery last start in a run worth dismissing. Form before that in Highways was sound so worth another chance. NAMASTE (2) ran a better race last time and is a threat coming back to midweek company.
