Verdict

EXTRA HEIGHTS (4) copped early interference then raced back in the field and wide so his effort to be beaten just 1.3 lengths first-up over 6f at Randwick was full of merit. Only needs the rub of the green this evening to take care of this field. RHETORIC (3) was an easing favourite and didn't finish off as hoped when unplaced on debut over 6f here on New Year's Day. Should have a bit more to offer than that - worth another chance in an average maiden. EXTREMELY PERFECT (1) is one worth monitoring on debut for the Ryan/Alexiou camp. By Extreme Choice from an Exceed And Excel mare. Trialled well at Rosehill recently and looks to have his share of talent. MASTER ZOUS (7) led and gave a great sight here last start when having his first run since changing stables. Fitter and worth following. YESNOVA (2) ran a couple of nice races at the provincials to launch his career then was safely held at this circuit last time. Each-way chance only.
