Verdict

OUR HUNTRESS (11) has the strongest overall profile despite finishing fifth at the Kenso last start, as that was in F&M BM72 grade at a mid-week meeting and she now gets a kinder assignment. Looks well placed back to this level and she can land the knockout blow. BLUE MONDAY (8) also comes through that stronger Randwick-Kensington line and gets Grant Buckley back, a rider with two wins from three on her. Fitter now and back to an easier race, she can put her best foot forward. FAMOSO (2) bumped into a sharp one here last start over 6 ½f and turned in a solid rating there. The slight rise in trip won't be an issue and he can play a leading role. BARBAROSSA (7) creates interest stepping up to 7f again. He wasn't far off in a G3 Ming Dynasty not that long ago and his other 7f efforts have been a little inconclusive. Worth keeping an eye on.
