Verdict

CANNYKEV (1) had a few chances to knock over the maiden last campaign, jumping an odds-on fave before the break at Pinjarra. He looks to have gone to a new level this campaign however, trialling very strongly this time in work. Winkers go back on now and he can land the knockout blow this time. LONG LAUGH (2) missed by 1l two back at Northam before sitting on the speed and going under in a photo at Bunbury latest. The inside draw can see him on the speed again and if he runs up to his recent effort, he'll give them something to chase. TEDESCHI (10) is on debut for the Miller yard with the booking of CJP a good push for his chances. His half-sister is a multiple winner and he's shown ability at the trials. Can start his career on a positive note. HOPE TO ADMIRE (4) moved well in a recent trial under Fiore and can feature on resumption. SPEAK OF THE DEVIL (3) is better than he showed last time out and can bounce back off a short freshen.
