Verdict

DE JOKER (1) tough gelding going nicely through the grades. Got off the mark here two-back over the 6f, then wound up strongly with a slashing third over 5 ½f at Dubbo. Trained locally and gets every chance from the draw. MISS KARIS (7) has her hoof on the till after finishing in the minor money at her last three starts. Gave her all from the outside barrier with a tough second over 6 ¼f at Gunnedah. At her top now in a suitable race. JAMACRI (2) is racing in career-best form but faces a few hurdles today from the sticky gate. Found the line nicely when fifth over 7f at Newcastle in BM64 class. Regular apprentice sticks and stays in the mix. ALABAMA HUSSY (9) raced flat first-up and was never really a threat when seventh over 6f at Moruya. Will keep improving as she gets out in trip and deserves another chance on the improving track. Minor claims.
