SPEC OF SILVER (6) was a beaten favourite fresh at Blackall and then was only beaten by a short head here just over 2 weeks ago. She cops a tough gate, but she can still figure in the top 3. SMASHING ROSIE (9) resumes from a spell at a suitable level, and despite the wide gate, she is worth including in all top 4 combos. ZOUSTRONG (8) was a close-up second at Mackay last time over 6f, and he looks to be nearing peak fitness now. He benefits from a 4lbs claim, and he is another each-way chance.
