FRIAR'S LEGACY (7) trialled well coming into his return and almost got over the top, beaten 0.8L from the second half of the field. He should sit much closer today with that run under his belt and Parnham remains in the saddle. He's a second-up winner previously and he can go one better now. HEDAWOOD (4) closed nicely over 5f and should appreciate the rise in distance. Pike remains in the saddle and he shouldn't be too far away from a good barrier. No trial coming in, so he'll take plenty of improvement from the fresh run and he can get back to winning ways. ISHKUR (9) gets the blinkers on first time on resumption after a nice trial coming in. She rates highly on her form to end last campaign and she'll be hard to hold out. FLAGSHIP (6) will be better for the fresh run and makes plenty of appeal out in distance. CALL OF DUTY (5) can improve with the winkers being reapplied.
