LONG SERVICE LEAF (1) was strongly bet on debut at Belmont and after settling midfield kept coming to land his maiden win. Drawn for a good run and Parnham stays aboard. Can make it back-to-back wins. Conversely little went right for the debut run of PUBLICISE (8). Kicked off over 7f and after being fractious before the start, then bombing the start, was always well back and never came on. Forgive the run and will be better for the experience. May be worth following up. TESTY PHAROAH (4) made his debut at Kalgoorlie and turned in a strong run, coming from off pace to score with ease. Can measure up again. JIMMY ANGEL (3) is the most experienced and is overdue for a win. Beaten less than a length in fourth last time and no surprise to see him in the finish again. BONDI QUEEN (6) wasn't far away in fifth on debut then put away again. Can do better this time in.
