Verdict

VERY FAMOUS (12) has battled away evenly into midfield finishes in her two runs back. Has been freshened with 5 weeks in-between runs, kept up to the mark with a Flemington jumpout. Will find this a bit easier and can fire third-up. HELLFIGHTER (3) was too bad to be true last start at the Sapphire Coast and is a capable of a much better performance this time, though he will need a smart steer from the wide alley. MISIL BEAUTY (7) exceeded market expectation on debut in testing conditions when chasing gamely into the placings. Is drawn cosy on the inside and deserves more respect this time. CORAYS ROAD (1) was much better here last start when stepping out 7 ½f, only beaten a neck. The mile should suit. PRIZED GESTURE (5) finds it tough to get off the mark but was good two back at Wagga when beaten narrowly.
