HE'S FIERCE (2) is five runs into his maiden prep and continues to perform well. Came from last on the bend last start over this distance at Corowa and got within a long neck of the winner, beating home some of today's key rivals. Handles soft tracks, untried on heavy. Great chance to break through. VICKIE'S DREAM (12) returned from a short spell in the same race as He's Fierce at Corowa and was equalling impressive, charging home late to be beaten under a length. Draws in closer today and with added fitness can go a couple better. POSTWAR (6) is back from a ten-month spell and has been gelded. Showed ability in the two runs of his maiden prep and a couple of recent trial wins suggest he is ready to go to a new level. AERIAL ARTIST (1) was a month between runs when a game fourth at Corowa after leading. Will give them something to catch. SHE'S FIRST LADY (10) is cherry ripe after three runs back from a spell and should be about the money.
