3 MLB Prop Bets to Target on Tuesday 6/11/24

Player props can be useful in a variety of ways -- from taking advantage of them straight up to measuring a player's potential to produce in daily fantasy baseball on FanDuel. Here, we're going to focus on the former.

Utilizing our projections -- which are powered by numberFire -- as a guide, here are some MLB player props bets that look appealing via the MLB odds at FanDuel Sportsbook.

Please note that betting lines and projections may change throughout the day after this article is published. Also, the weather may be an issue in some locations.

MLB Player Props

Royce Lewis to Record 2+ Total Bases (-115)

Royce Lewis couldn't be better at the plate right now. Let's believe in him to keep it up tonight to Record 2+ Total Bases (-115).

The third baseman has been dominant since coming back from injury, swatting three home runs and giving him four on the season. His overall numbers through seven games include an impressive .532 wOBA, .333 batting average, .619 ISO, 1.327 OPS, and 255 wRC+.

Eventually those numbers will begin to settle in a bit more, but Lewis is swinging too well to doubt him in such an ideal matchup.

The Minnesota Twins will face the Colorado Rockies tonight and their starter Cal Quantrill.

Heading into the game, the Twins have a solid 4.86 implied total, per numberFire's heat map.

Quantrill has just a 3.58 ERA, but his rough 4.73 SIERA paints a better picture of what to expect from him. He's allowing hitters to drive the ball against him with a 35.0% hard-hit rate. The veteran starting pitcher also has 4.45 FIP and 1.30 WHIP -- showing that hitters can get to him no problem.

It's been a lot of power so far, but Lewis is too hot right now to pass up. He is set up for damage against the Rockies tonight. It's Dinger Tuesday on FanDuel Sportsbook, so consider Lewis To Hit a Home Run (+390), too.

Jose Ramirez to Record an RBI (+110)

The RBI machine could be Jose Ramirez's nickname at this point because all he does is drive in runs. Obviously, I like him to Record an RBI (+110) tonight.

It's another good matchup that we're jumping at as Ramirez and the Cleveland Guardians go head-to-head with the Cincinnati Reds.

They'll start Brent Suter, who has served mostly as an opener in his two starts this season.

Their bullpen has been fine this season, as the Reds have a 3.49 SIERA, 3.99 expected FIP (xFIP) 1.22 WHIP, and 0.92 HR/9. Cleveland can do the damage necessary, whether it be against Suter early or Nick Martinez -- who is an option to take the bulk of the innings. Martinez has a 4.13 ERA, 4.00 SIERA, and 45.2% fly-ball rate.

Ramirez has been a force offensively this season, posting 18 home runs and a .378 wOBA. The 18 dingers place him fourth in the league through 63 games. But it's his RBIs that standout most, as the switch-hitter leads the majors with 62 on the campaign.

He has RBIs in four of his last five games. I don't doubt him keeping that going tonight.

Bryce Harper to Record 2+ Total Bases (-120)

Speaking of great hitters, there may be no team hotter than the Philadelphia Phillies.

Tonight, they'll take on a Boston Red Sox team that will start a struggling Kutter Crawford. Great news for the Phils.

While Crawford has a 3.51 ERA, his SIERA is up to 3.99 and he has a 1.18 WHIP. It's hist last few games that are most notable, however. He's allowed a home run in four straight starts. In his last three starts, Crawford has watched the opponent score a total of 16 runs on him -- 14 of which have been earned. That spells trouble for him tonight against a lineup like Philadelphia's.

So, I turn to Bryce Harper to bring the main source of offense with how he's been swinging since May.

The first baseman has a .277 average, .390 wOBA, .255 ISO, and a .920 OPS. It doesn't stop there though, as his 15 home runs and 11 doubles give him an overall 26 extra-base hits on the campaign. Through seven games in June, he has a 1.109 OPS -- must I say more?

Harper is the man right now; trust in him to deliver tonight at Fenway Park.
