Utilizing our projections -- which are powered by numberFire -- as a guide, here are some MLB player props bets that look appealing via the MLB odds at FanDuel Sportsbook.

MLB Player Props

Ryan McMahon to Record an RBI (+165)

Ryan McMahon is the bat to deliver today when looking at the matchup between the Colorado Rockies and the Oakland Athletics.

When two of the league's worst teams face off, you're really met with tough choices. Thankfully, McMahon has been one of the few bright spots on the Rockies. The third baseman hits third every night for Colorado, and his numbers have held up. He's got a .306 average, .387 wOBA, and has put together a strong .508 SLG.

But I'm not just looking for hits today, instead looking to drive in a run against Oakland's pitchers -- led by starter Joey Estes. McMahon has 29 RBIs on the year, a comfortable total for someone on an underperforming team. Let's get him to make that 30 in this game.

Estes is an ideal matchup for McMahon, as his first two starts of the year have been ugly. The A's pitcher has a 4.67 SIERA in 8 2/3 innings so far but a brutal 9.35 ERA and 5.44 FIP. Opposing offenses have knocked in 9 runs against him on 10 hits, including 2 home runs.

Ride with McMahon to come through today.

Riley Greene to Record a Run (+100)

No one talks about the Detroit Tigers much, but Riley Greene deserves some love.

The center fielder has had a good start to his third season, as he's already got nine home runs -- two shy of his career-best. Green is also hitting to the tune of a .348 wOBA, .206 ISO, and .790 OPS.

More importantly for what we should bank on tonight, he has scored 32 runs. That total has him tied for 15th in the majors, a strong placing to bank on heading into tonight's game against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Toronto will be sending out Kevin Gausman tonight, who hasn't had the year you'd expect from him. Through nine starts, Gausman has a 4.89 ERA, which is his highest since 2019. A big reason for those struggles is his 1.51 WHIP. Gausman has had it tough in his career before, but that would be the worst mark of his career. It should allow the Tigers to create offense and especially Greene.

More often than not, Greene leads off for the Tigers but is always in the top four if he's not hitting. No matter where he hits, I'll bank on him to score again.

Jordan Westburg to Record 2+ Total Bases (+105)

The Baltimore Orioles and their offense receive a lot of praise, so why not run with Jordan Westburg to Record 2+ Total Bases (+105) tonight?

Westburg has quietly been one of the Orioles' best contributors this season. The infielder has plugged into the lineup at second base and third base, hitting with a 40.7% hard-hit rate. His .361 wOBA, .216 ISO, .335 OBP, and .497 SLG are all solid stats, too.

On the season, he has 19 extra-base hits, breaking down to 9 doubles, 3 triples, and 7 home runs. Westburg hasn't recorded a hit in his last two games, so I expect him to get back on track against the Chicago White Sox and Mike Clevinger.

Clevinger has made just three starts this season, and the results haven't been great, which is good news for the Orioles' lineup. The right-handed starter has a 5.56 ERA to go along with a 5.08 SIERA -- on track to be the worst of his career. Hitters are driving the ball against him with ease, posting a 46.2% hard-hit rate. Add in the 50.0% fly-ball rate, and you see why this is a good night to bet on Westburg to come through.

All lines up for this to be a big night for Westburg and the O's.
