PAPER MOON (7) won a trial easily prior to finishing fourth fresh up at Trentham nearly 3 weeks ago. She strips fitter and will find this an easier assignment. With a touch of luck from a wide gate, she can take this out. FATHER TED (3) was put aside after a couple of runs in the spring and will be resuming from a spell without a trial. He benefits from a 4lbs claim and has plenty of talent. Each way. ALCARAZ (1) was runner-up here when resuming from a spell, and then had an excuse at Trentham nearly 3 weeks ago. He has not missed a cheque in 3 starts over the trip, and should be a top 3 chance in this. QUELLO DOLCE (8) has been freshened up since a poor run at Tauranga nearly 9 weeks ago.
