FIRE TYPE (6) tracked the pace and progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 1m at Colac. Hard fit now and the step-up to the 1 ?m shouldn't bother. The Wilde yard has a great record at this venue. WHICH FLOOR (8) found one better beaten 2.3L over 1m at Kilmore. Worked home steadily and this suits. He just has to manage the outside barrier. LADY COLONIST (10) needs to find more but is third up and capable of placing back to country level. Ditto BADJAWA (5), who produced a fair effort on debut last time out at Wangaratta over 1m. Maps for a soft run and he comes into calculations.
