She benefits from a 4lbs claim and should be right in the finish again. LINARA (5) showed talent when trained in the North Island, and makes his South Island debut without the benefit of a public trial. The market will be the best guide to his chances. DE RUSSIAN ROCKET (1) hit some form during his recent winter campaign, and will have the winkers on for his return. If he doesn't need the run, then he can figure in the top 4. ALI NEL (7) has pace and will have the blinkers on this time. She could be allowed to run early, and in a field that lacks depth outside of the top 2, she could be hard to peg back.
