SPELLBORN (1) resumed with a 1.4L defeat over 6f at Pinjarra Scarpside. Settled back from a wide gate and hit the line in good style. Will have to go it the hard way again, but he'll be fitter, and the longer sprint will suit. BOUTIQUE BELLE (10) resumed over 5f at Ascot, beaten less than 2L as favourite. Was backed off the map, beaten by the same margin over 6f at Bunbury prior. Loses Pike, but CJP renews his association. ARIZONA SKY (2) resumes for the top barn.
