Verdict

DEFENDING (1) led them up here last week but couldn't fend them off, beaten 0.5L in the shadows of the post. This is an easier race here and she only carries 2lbs more after the claim. Can settle up front again for Nottle and be very hard to run down. SUPERFLUOUS (6) flew home to just miss on the main course here last week when settling last in the run. He should be able to take closer order this time around and the rise up to the mile looks perfect now. Can get back to winning ways. WHERE'S MY LUNCH (7) is third-up now and out to the mile, ticking plenty of boxes after jumping favourite at Albany last time out. Faithfull has ridden him to victory previously and a forward showing is expected. RUDHYAR (2) gets Pike in the saddle now third-up in what looks a more suitable assignment. Keep safe. TRESPASSING (11) is better than he showed last time out and can return to form.
