GATCHAN (5) is third-up and looks well-placed to take this out. Brings strong form from Canberra, and the step up to the middle distance looks ideal. She's a course/distance winner and presents on a quick back-up. WAL'S ANGELS (2) is going well enough and will be better suited back up to this trip. Races forward, and the in-form Kissick will give him every chance. Stablemate CRAFT (4) won a 65 by a space at Canberra over a mile and then led, but folded up in stronger company at Newcastle. He's placed at this journey and will also position forward. Expect him to give a big sight. VIESTE (6) was back on track narrowly beaten in a 58 at this track/trip. Led them up in that and tumbles in weight today. That brings her right into it and she will use the rail. There's been early money for the third of the Olive runners EXTRAVAGANT CHOICE (1), who is on a quick backup from Canberra. Won here two back and tackles a middle distance for the second time. Heywood is a positive jockey engagement.
