PLATINUM SHOT (1) disappointed fresh before a betting showing last start at Ascot. Out in trip now is a good move and the in-form Nottle remains in the saddle. Likely to get back in the run from the draw, but she can bounce back to her best third-up. MAGICAL SEQUENCE (8) went back-to-back last start when sitting handy and landing the knockout blow over 6 ½f on this track. Third-up now and may have further improvement in store. Too good as an odds-on pop last start and she can continue to build through the grades. DON'T TRUST JUDAS (5) won well two back before a 1.2L defeat in a tougher race at Ascot last time out. On the quick turnaround here but maps to sit closer than he did last time out. Can be in the finish once again. LANO (4) comes here without a trial which is a query, though he is a fresh winner in the past. Not to be discounted. ZORBRIST (9) not out of this with Brad Parnham back on board.
