AU - Pinjarra Scarpside - Race 7

VATICAN STORM (10) trialled well coming in and was just far too good on resumption, winning by 1.9L over 6f on the main track here. The form out of that has been superb, with 3 winners coming out of it from just 5 subsequent starters. Looks suited by the rise in trip, he draws well and he can go back-to-back. CANTRIX (8) got the job done by 0.5L on the main track here last start as the race favourite. Out in trip again should suit and this looks to set up beautifully for her. Can repeat the dose in what looks a favourable scenario. PRINCESS IN RED (1) missed by 1L two back before a 0.7L defeat most recently, jumping the fav on both occasions. She's knocking on the door of another victory and she comes into this on the fresh side. Can play a leading role. RETURN OF THE MACH (5) is better than we saw last start and she can bounce back to form. SURF PATROL (2) can improve third-up and can be flying late in the race.
