ATOMIC GLORY (4) has been racing consistently with a string of top-four finishes to his name. Came from one spot wider than this when he saluted two starts ago at Kilmore and was good again as runner-up at his latest appearance at Bendigo. Starts from the same barrier. Big chance. TOO THE MAX (7) led and fought well to miss by a head last start at Stawell. Came from one spot wider than this when a 1.8m second at Maryborough prior. Has the hoof on the till. HOME AND DRY (12) cops a tricky draw but has to come into calculations on the back of some good recent form, placing for the third time in his last five starts when third most recently at Ballarat. TEX GOES BANG (1) gets the ace draw and is a chance based on a good win from the second line at Shepparton two back.
