Verdict

PRINCE (5) flew home off a short break to just miss in a photo finish over this trip at Albany. Faithfull remains in the saddle and he should be better for that effort. Drawn to sit much closer this time around and with improvement expected, he'll be very hard to beat. BRAVE APACHE (8) was just 0.8L off the winner two back at Ascot before a 2.6L defeat most recently as favourite at Albany. He's better than we saw there and Nottle's claim comes in handy. Can sit handy and take plenty of catching. FANTAXTIC (7) stepped out to 6 ?f last start and disappointed. His run over 5 ½f two back was solid and he was a good winner fresh over this trip. Expecting him to bounce back in a big way today. KING CARTEL (1) can take up the running as he comes back in grade today and looks a major player. DYNAMITE BAY (6) missed narrowly last start and has a good record at this track and trip.
