STRUMMER (1) has been about the mark since scoring at Young on October 11, the latest offering a third over 1m at Wangaratta. Should be prominent from the outset. PARTY IT DOWN (6) settled well back when finishing midfield over 1m at Randwick last start at long odds. This is easier and she only needs to hold her form to be competitive. EVOKES (8) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention when seventh over 1 ¼m at Canberra three weeks ago. Must raise the bar but a win is not out of the question.
