ONYA LIONAL (8) back in grade and has a decent record at this course and distance. Closed strongly when fifth over 6f at the Sapphire Coast in C3 company. Will go back from the draw and be saved for one shot at them. DEEPWATER ARTIST (6) resumes after showing a stack of ability in his first preparation. Pulled up with a poor post-race recovery when a fading eighth as fav over 7f at Albury. Comes to hand quickly and can sprint well fresh with the tongue-tie going on. Leading contender from the gate. TWIN GIFT (11) struck a bit of trouble early and did well to finish a close-up sixth over 6 ?f at Orange. Winning rider hops back on and can make amends. SOHO SUSHI (10) win record hardly excites but gave a glimpse of her best when a tidy second over 6f at Nowra. Gets map favours and represents good each way value. BEAUTY EDGE (3) worth thought in this harder contest.
