Some sporting events are so big that they transcend the sport itself, and Wimbledon is a prime example. Tennis fans will be glued to the tournament, of course, but so will sports fans around the world who aren't usually so invested in tennis.

It's not hard to see why, either. The 2022 Wimbledon draw has the majority of the world's best players in action, and the 128-player bracket never fails to bring the excitement.

The women's draw finished up the majority of Round 1 on Tuesday, with 64 players advancing one step closer to the tournament final. Notables names including Ons Jabeur and Iga Swiatek are still in the hunt.
