Week 7 of the NFL season concludes with Monday Night Football in Foxborough, MA, as the New England Patriots host the Chicago Bears. FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds list the Patriots as 8.5-point home favorites in a game headlined by young quarterbacks on both sides.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's our start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 7 Monday Night Football matchup.

New England Patriots D/ST Fantasy

Start New England Patriots D/ST: There are a lot of factors working in New England's favor here. For starters, the Patriots are at home and had an extra day to rest and prepare. This game is also expected to be relatively low-scoring with a projected total of 40.5 points, which is largely due to Chicago's offensive woes this year. The Bears are averaging just 15.5 points per game, which is the third-fewest in the NFL. They also rank third-to-last in total yards per game as well, which isn't surprising given their lack of playmakers. Justin Fields has struggled on the road throughout his career (1-8 away from home) and Bill Belichick typically feasts on young quarterbacks. After allowing just 15 points in their last two games combined, the Patriots' defense is primed for another big game.

Darnell Mooney Fantasy

Start Darnell Mooney, WR, Chicago Bears: It took Mooney a few games to get going, but he's settled in as Fields' top receiver over the past few weeks. The third-year pro has tallied at least 50 receiving yards in three straight games, averaging 71.3 yards per game during that stretch. He's also coming off one of his best games of the year after hauling in 7-of-12 targets -- both season-highs -- for 68 yards. While he doesn't have a touchdown yet, he's seen at least 5 targets in four consecutive games, giving him a solid floor heading into this primetime matchup.

DeVante Parker Fantasy

Sit DeVante Parker: You may be tempted to start Parker after his solid Week 6 performance and with Kendrick Bourne out, but there's just too much risk involved. Parker has been the definition of boom-or-bust this year, except he's busted twice as often as he's boomed. Of his 253 receiving yards, 220 came in just two games. He's been a complete non-factor in his other four games, managing just 3 catches on 6 targets for 33 receiving yards combined. Those are poor numbers for one game, let alone four. Parker's usage has been maddeningly inconsistent this year and he's only scored 1 touchdown, so stay away from him if possible.

Khalil Herbert Fantasy

Sit Khalil Herbert, RB, Chicago Bears: Herbert got off to a fast start for Chicago and saw his value expand when David Montgomery was injured, but he's no longer start-worthy now that Montgomery is back. Montgomery has out-touched Herbert 32-11 over the past two weeks combined, re-establishing himself as the top dog in the Bears' backfield. While Herbert did bust loose for 74 rushing yards on just 7 carries last week, averaging over 10 yards per carry just isn't sustainable. He's also been a complete zero in the passing game, as he's seen just 5 targets in six games this year and hasn't been targeted since Week 4. Herbert hasn't scored since Week 3, so it's not like he's vulturing touchdowns, either. With such a limited workload and few high-value touches, Herbert doesn't have much fantasy appeal at the moment.
