Two teams looking to gain an edge in a race for the AFC South title meet head-to-head in Week 4 as the Tennessee Titans visit the Indianapolis Colts. FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds list the Colts as 3.5-point home favorites in a game that is full of playmakers on both sides of the football.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's our start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 4 divisional showdown.

Ryan Tannehill Fantasy

Start Ryan Tannehill, QB, Tennessee Titans: Ryan Tannehill has posted more than 20 fantasy points in two of his three games played this season, which cannot be said about most other options at the position. He is also averaging 8.1 yards per attempt and 12.9 yards per completion. Both of those marks are his highest since the 2019 season. Indianapolis has posted the sixth-worst pass defense DVOA rating in the NFL and got torched by Tannehill for 462 yards and 6 touchdowns across two head-to-head matchups last year. All of this adds up for Tannehill to have another successful outing against a familiar foe. His is the perfect option for fantasy managers dealing with an injury at QB.

Michael Pittman Jr. Fantasy

Start Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Indianapolis Colts: Outside of running back Jonathan Taylor, wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. is the only player on the Colts worth starting in fantasy football. Rookie wideout Alec Pierece and veteran tight end Mo Alie-Cox have shown flashes of potential, but not enough to move them off the bench. Pittman has seen 22 targets in two games played and hauled in 17 of them for 193 yards and 1 touchdown. He is easily quarterback Matt Ryan's favorite target in the passing attack and now faces a Titans' defense that is giving up the fifth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing WRs. Pittman has the upside of a WR1 this week.

Treylon Burks Fantasy

Sit Treylon Burks, WR, Tennessee Titans: Fantasy managers have already seen breakout games for rookie wideouts like Chris Olave, Garrett Wilson and Drake London. They haven't seen one from Treylon Burks yet, though. While the Titans' first-round pick played in a season-high 69% of the offensive snaps in Week 3, he posted a season-low 13 yards on 1 reception (2 targets). His outlook is Week 4 is muddied by an Indianapolis defense that has allowed the sixth-fewest PPR fantasy points and only 2 touchdowns to opposing WRs this season. Keep Burks stashed on your bench for now.

Matt Ryan Fantasy

Sit Matt Ryan, QB, Indianapolis Colts: The Matt Ryan era in Indianapolis hasn't gotten off to the best start from a fantasy football perspective. Even in a thrilling Week 3 upset of the Kansas City Chiefs, Ryan still finished as the No. 16 QB thanks an underwhelming 222 passing yards and a lost fumble. It was his sixth giveaway this season. Ryan has only tossed 3 touchdowns across three games this year and has only tossed 2 touchdowns in three career games against Tennessee. The Titans are not the best defensive team in the AFC, but expect them to step up on that end in a game that will be crucial to their divisional title chances.
