Two teams looking to get back to the .500 mark meet head-to-head in Week 4 as the Arizona Cardinals visit the Carolina Panthers. FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds list the Panthers as 1.5-point home favorites in a game that could come down to a few plays in the fourth quarter.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's our start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 4 NFC showdown.

Marquise Brown Fantasy

Start Marquise Brown, WR, Arizona Cardinals: Talk about building chemistry. Wide receiver Marquise Brown and quarterback Kyler Murray were an unstoppable duo in Week 3 as they connected for 160 yards on 11 receptions. Brown has now seen his targets jump from 6 in Week 1 to 11 in Week 2 to 17 in Week 3. It's best for fantasy managers to take advantage of that workload before Pro Bowler DeAndre Hopkins returns in a few games. The Panthers have given up the sixth-most receptions (47) as well as the 10th-most yards (545) to opposing WRs this season. Brown is a must-start player across all formats on Sunday.

Baker Mayfield Fantasy

Start Baker Mayfield, QB, Carolina Panthers: Running back Christian McCaffrey is the only one keeping this Panthers offense from being a total wasteland in terms of fantasy production. Every fantasy manager is going to start him, though, so let's take a look at quarterback Baker Mayfield. Mayfield is a high-risk, high-reward streaming option this week against an Arizona defense that is giving up the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing QBs. The Cardinals are also allowing 11.5 yards per completion (T-No. 28 in NFL) and have yet to log an interception on the year. If there ever was a time for Mayfield to ball out, it is in Week 4.

James Conner Fantasy

Sit James Conner, RB, Arizona Cardinals: Fantasy managers that roster James Conner and have the depth to bench him should seriously consider making the switch. Conner has been nursing a knee injury for the past week that has made him a limited participant in practice. Seeing him lose touches to Eno Benjamin and Darrel Williams wouldn't be too surprising. Not only that, but Conner is only averaging 3.0 yards per rushing attempt and has yet to see more than 13 carries in a game. He is no longer taking on the workhorse role that helped him finish as the No. 5 RB in PPR-scoring fantasy football leagues last year. The 27-year-old's floor is at an all-time low right now.

Robbie Anderson Fantasy

Sit Robbie Anderson, WR, Carolina Panthers: Wide receiver Robbie Anderson came out of the gates swinging when he posted 102 yards and 1 touchdown on 5 receptions in Week 1. Nothing has been working for him since that point, though. The Temple product has combined for 46 yards on 4 receptions over the last two weeks and is taking a back seat on offense. The only upside he has is his ability to score a touchdown from anywhere on the field. However, that's going to be tough to cash in on against an Arizona defense that has given up just 2 touchdowns to opposing WRs this season.
