Warriors vs Kings Prediction & Pick

The Kings sent the Warriors a clear message with their dominant Game 6 victory. Golden State was held to unimpressive .372/.313/.714 shooting splits in defeat and only scored 48 points in the second half. On top of that, Steve Kerr's team was beaten up in the paint, getting outrebounded 53-42 by Sacramento.

Now, the Kings have the home-court advantage as they return to a rowdy Sacramento crowd. The Warriors have been terrible on the road this year, going 12-32 straight up in away games with a minus-4.2 average scoring margin (eighth-worst in NBA). They've also lost three of their previous five trips to Golden 1 Center.

This game could go either way, but I'm siding with the Kings. The Warriors are more than capable of beating any team, but their uninspiring road play combined with a poor showing in Game 6 has me doubting them. Meanwhile, momentum is on the Kings' side, fueled by a home crowd that's hungry for even more postseason success. As long as they stick to what worked last game, they should be fine.

It'll come down to the wire, but look for the Kings to light the beam.

Final Score Prediction: Kings: 121 | Warriors: 118

Warriors vs Kings Best Bet

For the best Game 7 bet, I'm siding with the total going over 229.5 points. The Warriors and Kings have the two most dangerous offenses in the NBA, averaging a combined 239.1 PPG this season. They've already gone over 229.5 points three times this series, so it isn't like hitting the Over is that much of an ask.

Furthermore, the Over is 30-13-1 in the Warriors' road games this season while being 27-15-2 in the Kings' home games. With both teams needing to step up if they want to reach the second round, don't be shocked if this turns into a shootout.

Bet: Over 229.5 Points (-110)
