The Minnesota Vikings will return to the playoffs for the first time since the 2019 season this year. Minnesota clinched a playoff spot in Week 15, and fans are eager to know when the team will play following Week 18.

Here's everything you need to know about the Vikings' playoff schedule for the 2022-23 NFL postseason.

What Seed Are the Vikings?

The Vikings will be the No. 3 seed in the NFC. Since Minnesota has been eliminated from contention for the top seed, the team is locked in to playing on Wild Card Weekend.

Who Will the Vikings Play in the Playoffs?

The Vikings will get a home playoff game after earning the 3-seed. They're set to play the 6-seed on Wild Card Weekend, which is the New York Giants. This matchup was set after the San Francisco 49ers won in Week 18, which locked Minnesota into the third spot and gave the Niners the 2-seed.

The Vikings' first playoff matchup is now set. Minnesota will face New York at 4:40 p.m. ET on Sunday, Jan. 15. Check out the full list of postseason dates below.
