Tutu Atwell Height and Weight Big Concern for NFL Draft

Updated:

Players' height and weight measurements are always a hot topic of conversation before the NFL Draft.

Sometimes discrepancies between listed and official measurements are tiny and any concern is much ado about nothing. For some players, the results are more concerning.

Louisville wide receiver Tutu Atwell falls into the latter group.

Tutu Atwell Weight and Height

Tutu Atwell reportedly weighed in at just 149 pounds while standing 5-foot-8 at the Indianapolis medical combine ahead of the 2021 NFL Draft.

For some context, the lightest NFL player in recent memory was then-Washington kick returner Brandon Banks.

Banks led the NFL in kick return yards in 2011 (1,174), but at 5-foot-7 and 155 pounds, he was considered too small to make an impact and ended up playing in the Canadian Football League.

Checking in 6 pounds lighter than Banks, Atwell's size is truly unprecedented at the NFL level.
