Top Fantasy Football Streaming Quarterbacks for Week 14 (Fire Up Tyler Huntley After Lamar Jackson's Injury)

Updated:

It's the final week of the fantasy football regular season, and managers may have a gaping hole at quarterback due to injuries or byes. Thankfully, there's some promising streaming options for anyone needing to finish the year strong.

Here's a look at our top three streaming quarterback picks (rostered in fewer than 50% of Yahoo! leagues) to target on the waiver wire in Week 14.

Streaming QB Fantasy Football Week 14

1. Tyler Huntley, Baltimore Ravens (@ PIT)

Tyler Huntley came in cold after Lamar Jackson's unexpected exit in Week 13, but he delivered with a solid 15.58 fantasy points. Now Jackson is expected to miss this Sunday's game, making Huntley a prime target. The backup showed off his fantasy potential last year when Jackson was sidelined, exploding for 35.9 fantasy points in Week 15. He is a major dual threat at QB, as evidenced by the 59.8 rushing yards he averaged per game across four starts for the Ravens in 2021. That yardage alone gives him a solid floor, without mentioning his rushing TD upside or passing contributions. Fire him up against the Pittsburgh Steelers, who are giving up the ninth-most fantasy PPG to QBs this season.

2. Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans (vs JAX)

Ryan Tannehill's been a quietly fine-to-good option at quarterback this season. He's posted at least 13 fantasy points in six of 10 outings so far, including four games with at least 19 points. He doesn't present the highest of ceilings, but he's been reliable enough to not sink your week. Now Tannehill draws a fantastic matchup in a Jacksonville Jagaurs defense that's allowed the seventh-most fantasy PPG to his position. Tannehill is a relatively safe choice to survive injuries or bye weeks.

3. Mac Jones, New England Patriots (@ AZ)

Mac Jones flashed QB1 upside in Week 12 when he took advantage of an exploitable Minnesota Vikings defense to register a season-high 23.28 fantasy points. His showing in Week 13 (12.5) was more in line with his 2022 average, but the potential is there in the right circumstances. Well, the Arizona Cardinals are just what the doctor ordered. Arizona's surrendered the ninth-most passing yards per game, and the Cards have given up the third-most fantasy PPG to QBs this year. Rolling the dice on Jones could pay off in a big way.
