Fantasy managers know that risks have to be taken to win championships, and drafting a player with only 34 MLB games under his belt certainly qualifies. That said, Gunnar Henderson is ranked as the No. 1 prospect in all of baseball for a reason. The 21-year-old was one of only four hitters with at least 50 batted ball events to record a 50+% hard-hit rate last year while ranking in the 90th percentile or better for sprint speed in 2022, making him a potential game-changer in the batter's box and on the bases.

Jose Ramirez is the epitome of consistency at the third base position. The Cleveland star is coming off a season in which he slashed .280/.355/.514 with 90 runs scored, 29 home runs, 126 RBIs and 20 stolen bases in 157 games played. He also led the American League in doubles (44) and made his fourth All-Star appearance. Ramirez is now surrounded by young players that matured throughout the 2022 season and make the Guardians a legitimate threat to win the AL Central. That only makes his ceiling even higher.
