Week 4 of the 2022 NFL season includes an AFC South showdown between the Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts. The Titans finally got in the win column over the weekend with a 24-22 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders, led by Derrick Henry turning 20 carries into 85 rushing yards and a touchdown.

Meanwhile, the Colts also notched their first win in the form of a stunning 20-17 victory against the Kansas City Chiefs. Indianapolis' defense played extremely hard to shut Patrick Mahomes down, while rookie tight end Jelani Woods had both of his team's touchdowns.

Titans vs Colts Prediction & Pick

The Colts are 35-19 in 54 all-time meetings against the Titans, but the series has shifted in the latter's favor lately with Tennessee winning four of the last five matchups. Even so, I still expect the Colts to get the win over their rivals.

The Titans emerged victorious in Week 3 thanks to their establishment of the run game. Doing so on Sunday won't be as easy with the Colts allowing the third-fewest rushing yards this season, however. Furthermore, Indianapolis also held Henry to just 68 rushing yards on 28 carries in his last game against them.

Outside of Henry, there isn't much to like in Tennessee's offense — especially with a banged-up offensive line — and the defense isn't great, either. The Colts' defense will be the difference-maker here and I expect Jonathan Taylor to run all over a Titans defense giving up the fourth-most rushing yards.
