Week 3 NFL action is underway, but FanDuel Sportsbook has already released NFL odds and lines for Week 4, giving us an early preview of next week's slate.

Week 4's 1 p.m. ET slate sets up an exciting matchup between the Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts.

Titans vs Colts Odds & Lines Week 4

All NFL betting lines, odds and prop bets are from FanDuel Sportsbook.
Moneyline: TEN: (+136) | IND: (-162)
Spread: TEN: +3 (-110) | IND: -3 (-110)
Total: N/A — Over: (N/A) | Under: (N/A)

The Colts are poised to walk away with a gritty victory in Week 4 against the Titans. Indianapolis opens up as -162 favorites on the moneyline, and favored by three points on the spread.

Titans vs Colts Prediction Week 4

Early NFL predictions and picks are from ESPN's Football Power Index (FPI).
Titans: 36.8% to win
Colts: 62.8% to win

The Colts are clear favorites playing at home in Week 4. That's evidenced by both the opening betting lines and ESPN's FPI metric. It all comes down to the success of Derrick Henry. Unfortunately, the Colts pose one of the best run-defense units in the NFL, ranking second in Football Outsiders' DVOA metric. Indy slows down Henry enough to hold onto a win, but not enough to cover even a field goal spread. Bet Colts ML (-162).
