The Game Michigan vs Ohio State Prediction and Odds 2022

Our The Game prediction is from The Duel's official Michigan vs Ohio State betting preview.

Both teams enter this pivotal Big Ten showdown with perfect 11-0 records thanks to their strong, balanced offenses and elite, dominant defenses. Ohio State averages 46 points per game and allows 17 points per game. The Buckeyes' offense ranks best in the country with 65 touchdowns and OSU averages 493 yards per game on offense (203 rush, 290 pass) led by Heisman favorite CJ Stroud. The Buckeyes are also tough on defense, allowing 283 YPG.

Michigan scores 39 points per game and allows just 12 points per game. The Wolverines' offense averages 452 YPG (244 rush, 208 pass). Michigan's defense has been dominant, allowing 241 YPG at 4.0 yards per play and just 13 TDs. But the Wolverines may be without leading rusher Blake Corum (1,457 yards, 18 TDs), who suffered a knee injury last week and didn't play in the second half against Illinois.

This game will be a tight, hard-fought affair, but bet on Ohio State pulling out a close win at home.
