Super Bowl 2024 Odds Favor Chiefs, Bills Right After SB 57

The NFL will crown a new champion Sunday night, which will officially put the 2022-23 season to bed. While the winner celebrates, the other 31 teams will already be looking ahead to the upcoming campaign and planning to take home the Lombardi Trophy in 2024.

With that in mind, let's check out the early contenders for next year's SB, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's Super Bowl 2024 odds that were released before kickoff.

Super Bowl 2024 Odds by Team

It's no surprise to see the Kansas City Chiefs (+600) at the top of the early odds for Super Bowl 58. Kansas City has made it to the conference championship round in each of the last five seasons, and the team has advanced to three Super Bowl games during that stretch. The genius of head coach Andy Reid paired with a true superstar talent in Patrick Mahomes has set this squad up to compete for as long as they're around.

The Buffalo Bills (+850) are close on the Chiefs' heels. Though Buffalo has been unable to move past the conference championship during the Josh Allen era, having an MVP candidate at QB puts the franchise in position to contend every year. Assuming their star-studded defense can stay healthy in 2023-24, the Bills could still be playing next February.

Then a trio of teams is tied for the third-best odds at +900 in the Philadelphia Eagles, Cincinnati Bengals and San Francisco 49ers. Philly and San Fran are two absolute NFC powerhouses that feature a ton of offensive weapons, plus two of the top defenses in the league. Cincy, meanwhile, looks like a threat for years to come with Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase headlining a truly elite air attack.

Super Bowl 2024 Best Bet

Though there are a ton of interesting early Super Bowl 2024 bets to make, it's hard to pass up the Chiefs at +600. KC could end up with its second title in four years by the end of Sunday night, which would put this team in the dynasty conversation already.

They're set to keep things going with Mahomes under contract through the 2031 season. He's on his way to a legendary career, and his dominance after losing All-Pro wideout Tyreek Hill prior to this year shows he can excel with any supporting cast.

Meanwhile, star tight end Travis Kelce is showing no signs of slowing down, posting a career-high 12 touchdowns this past season at 33 years old. With young talent like Isiah Pacheco, Kadarius Toney and Skyy Moore waiting in the wings as well, Kansas City should be right back at the top of the AFC in 2023-24.
