Sungjae Im RBC Heritage Prediction 2023

After missing the cut in his first two RBC Heritage appearances, Sungjae Im has displayed consistency at Harbour Town. He shot 10-under-par to finish 13th in 2021 before finishing 8-under-par last year for a 21st-place showing.

Im has also demonstrated incredible consistency across the 2022-23 golf season. He's only missed the cut once in 14 previous events, finishing 25th or better on nine occasions. Furthermore, Im has finished no worse than T21 in each of his last four outings, giving him a ton of momentum ahead of his trip to South Carolina.

Im's driving accuracy (23rd on Tour this season) and above-average ranks in Strokes Gained: Approach (62nd) and GIR rate (59th) also make him a plus fit at Harbour Town.

I'm feeling confident enough in Im's recent play and RBC Heritage history to recommend a top-20 finish (+145) this week. He may not have won a PGA tournament in nearly two years, but he's as consistent as they come. Expect him to make at least some noise at Harbour Town.
