Seattle has turned things around following an 0-2 start due in large part to the arm of quarterback Ben DiNucci. The 26-year-old leads the XFL with 1,505 passing yards and has helped three wide receivers post at least 260 yards so far. The Sea Dragons have the offense to beat any squad.

It's been a different story for Arlington. The Renegades get the job done on the defensive side of the ball, ranking second in both interceptions (7) and forced fumbles (6). Being able to gain possession with one single play has allowed Arlington to keep its opponent from reaching the end zone often.

While their defense is great, the Renegades have scored only 6 touchdowns in six games. That is easily the worst mark in the XFL and limits their ceiling moving forward. I'll back a Sea Dragons squad that has found the end zone 15 times to extend their winning streak with a road victory on Friday.
