The Saints were unable to hold off the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 2, suffering their first regular-season loss to them since Tom Brady arrived in 2020. New Orleans is now 1-1 after a couple of hard-fought games, whereas the Panthers are 0-2 in the Baker Mayfield era. With Carolina reeling, it's not surprising to see New Orleans as slight road favorites here on both the spread (-2.5) and moneyline (-142).
