Week 1 of the 2022 NFL season includes a showdown between the Baltimore Ravens and New York Jets. Even if the Ravens' offense doesn't look as promising compared to past years, Lamar Jackson is still one of the best young quarterbacks in the game. Mark Andrews and Rashod Bateman have the potential to be a solid pass-catching duo, plus Baltimore's run game should help keep opponents honest.

While the Jets might not be as talented as the Ravens overall, Joe Flacco will be hungry to get a win against his former team. The 37-year-old looked solid in his lone start last year and with New York having the better collection of wide receivers here, I could see Flacco and co. keeping things closer than expected.

Nevertheless, I still expect the Ravens to win in the end.
