The Rams were victorious in a big way over the weekend, picking up a 51-14 blowout win over the Denver Broncos. The Chargers were also victorious in Week 16, getting terrific play from their defenders in a 20-3 win against the Indianapolis Colts.

The Chargers have played great football lately, winning four of their last five games. Their strong play has led to a plus-8.7 scoring margin during their three-game winning streak (T-No. 5 in that span). On top of that, they've held opponents to an 11.3 PPG clip over the last three games as well (No. 1 in NFL).

Even though the Rams scored 51 points last week, that came against a Broncos team that, essentially, gave up. The Chargers just clinched a playoff spot and will pose a much more serious threat, especially with Justin Herbert averaging 305 passing yards in his last three starts.

With the Rams allowing the 11th-most passing yards per game (226.5), I don't see Herbert and his weapons slowing down any time soon. Expect the Chargers to outclass and outgun the Rams.
